Born into a family of 'foodies'; Stephen was inspired to cook at an early age and undertook his four year apprenticeship at the world renowned Claridges Hotel, in London and later continued his training at the famous Maxims of Paris.

Since then he has travelled the world cooking and catering in 13 countries over five continents and gaining a wealth of experience in a diverse range of cuisines.

Today he is one of the most successful boutique caterers in Auckland.
